1 pound carrots , peeled
1/2 c. butter, melted
1.Cut carrots into 3 inch oieces, quarter each piece
Cook carrots in butter in large skillet, over med high
heat, 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
2 tbs. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 drops hot sauce
2. Stir in above ingredients. Cook 5 min. or til tender.
