Several bunches radishes, washed
& trimmed, slice fairly thin
1 -2 tbs. oil in skillet or saucepan.
Add radishes, cover, saute til
fork tender.
Season with accent.
Serve hot.
Believe it or not, these are
very good! I've been making these
for many years.
Desn't matter if they are too large or
pithy. This works beautifully.
Good way to use those garden fresh
summer radishes.You can use whatever
seasoning you like. I just happen to
like the accent on this one.
