Chicken Salad

2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced celery
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. roasted almonds
1/2 c. mayo
cream puff shells
Can add 2 c. grapes, really good, cut them in half.
