6 c. cooked rice
2 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 tbs. butter
1 can fri chik, diced
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbs. mckays chicken seasoning
2 c. fresh broccoli pieces, cooked, bite size
Saute onions, celery in butter. Add cooked
rice., soup, chicken, milk, cheese, mckays, & broccoli.
Put in a 9 x13 glass baking dish.
350 40 min. uncovered.
serves 10 to 12
