Cabbage Sausage Supper

this is a nice change

8 c. coarsley shredded cabage
3 med. potatoes, cut in cubes
1 med. onion, chopped
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can chicken broth
2 lb. fully cooked sausage, cut in serving pieces, I use the turkey. your choice.
In a 5 qt. slow cooker, combine cabbage, potatoes, onions, salt and pepper.
Pour broth over all. Place sausage on top.
Cover, cook on low 8 -9 hours.
Serves 6 -8
