Chicken Brunch Bake

9 slices day old bread, cubed
3 c. chicken broth
4 c. cooked cubed chicken
1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
1/2 c. chop pimento
2 tbs. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
In large bowl toss bread cubes and chicken broth.
Add all but eggs.
Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan. Pour eggs over all.
Bake uncovered 325 1 hour or test with a knif inserted comes out clean.

Serves 8
I havent made this yet, but seems a little low on seasoning..
