1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbs. grated parmesean cheese
1 egg white
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 in. cubes
in large bag, combine crumbs and cheese. In shallow bowl,
beat egg white. Dip chicken in egg, then place in bag. Shake to coat.
Place on cookie sheet, sprayed with pam.
Bake uncovered 400 - 12 to 15 min.
Serve with your favorite sauce.
