1 tbs. butter
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 - 8 oz - pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms or 2 small cans.
3 green onions, sliced
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 c. mayonaise
1 tbs. soy sauce
2 cups chopped fri chik
2 c. chow mein Noodles
Preheat oven 350
Melt butter in large skillet. Add red bell pepper,
garlic, mushrooms, saute til tender.
Stir in chopped green onions & next five ingredients.
Pour into lightly greased 11 x 7 baking dish. Sprinkle
with chow mein noodles.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min. or til bubbly
