Cola Roast






1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 4-5 lb. bottom roast
3 tbs. oil
1 cola beverage
1 12 0z chili sauce
2 tbs. worcestershire sauce
2 tbs. hot sauce
Combine salt, pepper, garlic salt. Rub over meat surface. Brown in the hot oil in dutch oven.
Combine remaining ingredients & pour over roast.
Cover and bake for 3 hours or til tender.
