1 large can vegeburger
2 c. natural brown rice, cooked
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 med onion, finely chopped
1 tbs. finely chopped parsley
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. hot water with 1 heaping tbs. vegex & 1 tbs. butter
Mix all ingredients, except hot water with seasoning.
Pack into well oiled loaf pan.
Before putting in oven, pour hot water with vegex and
butter over loaf.
Bake 350 1to 1 1/2 hours.
serves 10 to 12
