2 celery ribs, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbs. butter
1 1/2 c. mayo
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 c. cooked rice,
1 can cream of chicken soup, diluted
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. crushed potato chips
Saute celery, onion in butter, til crisp tender.
Place in bowl, add mayo, soup and peas, lemon juice and salt
Stir in chicken and rice. Transfer to greased 11 x7 dish.
Sprinkle with chips.

Bake uncovered 350 23 - 30 min. til heated thru.
