3 med tomatoes
2 tbs. dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated parmesean cheese
1/3 c. melted butter
Cut tomatoes in half, crosswise.
Pat with paper towels.
Combine mustard & next 3 ingred.
Spread over cut side of tomato.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese &
butter. Spoon evenly over tomatoes.
Broil 5 1/2 in. from heat, with oven
door partially open.
2 - 4 min.
or til light brown
