Gluten steaks

2 3/4 c. do pep
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. ww flour
2 1/2 c. water
Mix well. Knead dough, Divide into rolls.
Cut 1/2 in wide & flatten out.
Boil steaks 1/2 hour uncovered,
1 hour , covered.
Broth:
13 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbs. chicken seasoning
3 tbs. brewers yeast
2/3 c. v 8 juice
1/3 c. oil
1tsp. vegex or smokene.
