Jeanies Cashew Nut Roast

Grind together:
1 1/2 raw cashew nuts
3/4 c. gluten, such as, vegebits, scallops or homemade
Combine with:
2/3 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. savita, vegex or savorex
1 tbs. melted butter
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbs. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4c. chopped onions
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp. bakon yeast
1 pkg. gw. broth
salt to taste
Mix , then pour into a thoroughly greased
loaf pan. Cover with foil.
Bake 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
