1 c. soaked garbanzos or use canned
1/4 c. soy or nut milk
1 c. rolled oats
1 onion, minced
1/2 c. walnuts, chop fine
1 tbs. liquid animos or soy sauce
2 tsp. mckays beef seasoning
1 tsp. sage or other italin seasoning
Process garbanzos & nut milk til smooth.
in blender. Add more nut milk if needed.
Pour into bowl and add remaining ingredients
Drop by spoonful onto a pam sprayed skillet.
Flatten with back of spoon.
Cover and brown on low about 20 min.
