Meatless Meatballs

1 c. cracker crumbs
garlic to taste
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. ground nuts
1 tsp. mckays beef seasoning
1 med. onion, chopped
6 eggs, may use egg beaters
1 tsp. sugar
Mix all, shape into meatballs. Brown in oil. Serve with gravy.
Gravy
1 can mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 pint sour cream
garlic salt to taste
