2 pkgs. - 8 1/2 oz. each- corn bread muffin mix
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. - 8 oz - shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream style corn
1 1/2 c. sour cream
4 eggs, beaten
1 can chopped green chilies
1/3 c. veg. oil
Mix all til just moistened, Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 - 50 to 55 min- or til nicely browned and edges pull away from the sides of dish .
Serves 18 to 24.
