1 c. walnuts, chop fine
3/4 c. ww crumbs
1 c. rice, cooked
1 large onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 1 tsp. bakon yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
dash garlic salt
Mix and form patties, Bake on teflon cooking sheet.
or brown in non-stick skillet.
Cover with foil and bake
350 30 min.
Makes 6 patties
