Stuffed Bell Peppers

Easy and good!
4 large bell peppers, cut tops out, remove seeds, cook in boiling water for a few min., drain well.
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. salt - 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. cooked rice or drained w. kernal corn
1 can tomato soup
1/2 to 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook beef, add onions & garlic. Mix all except cheese and soup. Stuff peppers, put in baking pan, pour soup over all.
bake 350 - 30 to 45 min., put cheese on top and bake til melted.
