1 one lb. block tofu, chopped and drained
1 large carrot, grated
1 c. onions, chopped
3 tbs. soy sauce
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. almonds, sliced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
3 - 4 tbs. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Combine all ingredients.
Press into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan
Bake 350 for 30 min.
Serve topped with mushroom gravy.
