Turkey Quiche

1 - 9 inch pastry shell
3/4 c. chopped cooked turkey
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch nutmeg
pinch salt
Arrange turkey in pie shell. Top with mushrooms,
cheese and onions.
Combine eggs, milk, seasonings. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 375 - 30 to 35 min.
