2 tbs. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 pkg. golden G. Washington Broth
1 1/4 c. raw cashews, chopped
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
2 c. crisp chinese noodles, reserve 1/2 c.
1 can mushroom , or celery soup
1 soup can water.
Saute onions,celery, mushrooms in butter.
Mix soup with water
combine all ingredients.
Place in a shallow pam sprayed baking dish
Top with reserved crisp noodles
Bake 350 for 30 min.
