2 beaten eggs
1 small onion , diced
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 tsp. salt
2 lb. ground beef or 2 cans vegeburger, or 2 -14oz- gimme lean, ground beef style.
2 tbs. olive oil
In large bowl , mix all except "meat". Then add meat.
May put in muffin cups or as a loaf.
Bake 350 - 25 to 30 min.muffin cups---- 45 to 50 min. for loaf
can fix on friday .. Bake on Sabbath
