Mexican Salad

good and easy!
Cook 1 pound hamburger with 1 can chili:
In serving bowl, layer
1. layer of corn chips
2 layer of cooked rice
3. Layer of chopped onion
4. Hamburger, cooked with chili
5. Layer of diced tomatoes
6. Shredded lettuce
7 . melted cheese over all. you don't have to melt the cheese, I just prefer it that way.)
Serve with salsa and your favorite salad dressing.

can add black olives, chopped avacados, whatever you like .Don't like rice? leave it out!
