Natures Cashew Casserole

2 tbs. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 pkg. gw broth
1 1/4 c. raw cashews, chopped
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
2 c. crisp chinese noodles. ( reserve 1/2 c.)
1 can mushroom or celery soup
1 soup can water
Saute onions, celery in butter.
Mix soup with water
combine all ingredients
Place in a shallow, pam sprayed baking dish.
Top with reserved crisp noodles.
Bake 350 for 30 min.
